Valfrejus

Valfrejus is the newest of the ski areas in the Vallée de la Maurienne and is often overlooked in place of other areas such as Modane and La Norma.
This resort has a very traditional feel and the newer buildings compliment the style of the old village. As a smaller resort it caters well for families and those looking for an authentic French ski holiday as opposed to the large commercial resorts of the Three Valleys.
With transfers from either Turin or Chambery taking 1hr 30 minutes makes Valfrejus a great option for skiing without the crowds.
