Briançon

Briançon is the highest city in France, at 1,300m offering magnificent views over the valleys that lie around the city. The Old Town is a speciality to the area with its narrow cobbled streets and tall colourful French buildings towering above you, leading down the hill to where you can absorb the mountain view.
