La Grave

La Grave is a legendary off-piste resort in France. You can reach the top of the mountain via a two-stage gondola starting at 1,450m climbing up to 3,200m, following to a button lift to reach the top of the Girose Glacier at 3,550m to the summit of La Meije, then offering 2150m of vertical off-piste from the glacier to the bottom of the valley. The area can be explored through the glaciers, snow fields, gullies, bowls, forests and natural half-pipes by free riders and ice climbers.
